Or is he a dog himself unleashed by his masters in Raiwind?

Searching for some wildlife clips on youtube the other day, Media Guru came across a couple of very weird clips.
The scene in the clips is set at London’s Parliament Square where some of Imran Khan’s Tehreek-i-Insaaf’s workers are protesting perhaps in November or December 2007. In the foreground there appears a person, with (seemingly) special needs, talking about rabies and dogs. One fails to understand what point he wants to make. And if it is an attempt on black comedy then it is a pathetic one which reveals nothing but childishness of a middle-age man with visibly receding hairline.
Mr Ghulam Mustafa, admin website pkpolitics.com, delivering a ridiculous lecture urging people to forget about democracy and rule of law and think about rabid dogs of his village
But who is he and why he is hanging around? Not a hundred-million-dollar question. Jeera Blades (pickpockets) usually operate at crowded places.
Besides showing Cyber Jeera Blade’s pathetic sense of political satire , the video clips also reflect how much obsessed the poor guy is with his ‘bachpan ka shauq‘ of becoming a journalist one day. (Hey, don’t draw any other inference from his bachpan ka shauq – you clever dirty minds).
But as he could not truly realize his “shauq“, CJB is now in the habit of a village dog who chases moving objects as to beat them but gets only dirt on the face.
According to vets the safest way to keep a dog from chasing cars or other moving objects is to keep him indoors, in a fenced yard, or on a leash at all times.
But who has let the dog out?
